Beck Reimagines David Bowie's "Sound and Vision

The Hello, Again performance gave audience a 360° experience of sound. At the beginning, David Bowie turned rounds expanding his arm. When musicians played the instruments according to his signals, spotlights did as well. More than 160 musicians took part in the performance. It must be powerful! Besides live audience, online audience can also experience the show. It is because the concert was captured by 360°cameras and 360° binaural microphones. David Bowie's song called "Sound and Vision" and audience got it in the show. The performance combines music and light, successfully put audience into the environment to feel it.

Closing Ceremony - John Lennon - Imagine - London 2012 Olympic Games

Closing Ceremony- John Lennon- Imagine - London 2012 Olympic Game
Another amazing work from London 2012 Olympic Game Closing Ceremony was <<imagine>>. John Lennon was a member of The Beatles, the famous English band in the world in 1960s. He died in 1980s. He created <<Imagine>> which is against violence, discrimination, class, war, religion and spread a message of love and peace. There was a group a children singing <<imagine>>, some used their voice, and some used sign language. That strengthened the message! Then, many people went to the center of the stage from 4 sides with a big white puzzle. They reunited the puzzles and generated Lennon's face! I really appreciate the artist brought me an emotional time. However, I imagine it was not Lennon' face, if it was a projector projecting a 3D video that John Lennon who played piano in the center of stage, it would be wonderful!

There were a lot of excellent designs shown in London 2012 Olympics Games closing ceremony. One part was replaying Freddie Mercury's interactive performance in Wembley Stadium, 1986. It was a screen based installation. Freddie Mercury was vocalist of Queen (Famous rock band in England) and died in 1991. The Artists applied effect on the video that Freddie was formed by units, implying that vision was not real. It made a big success because thousands of audience sang together with "Freddie" just like the scene in Wembley Stadium, 1986. At the moment, I was standing in front of the TV watching the show, I thought it was an angel and touched my heart.
